Description: Built in 1906 by Roberto Sabbatini, Italian entrepreneur, possibly designed
by Scottish Architect Arthur James Stewart (speculative). In 1970s and 80s it was used by President Hastings Banda's Young Pioneers and subsequently caught fire in early 90's.
